| Jo gives encouragement to a young pupil receiving an art award |
School Poster Competition
Last month Jo Palaitis judged a poster competition at Artarmon Public School in Sydney. The theme of the children's posters was 'A Bully-free Environment'. The winning posters were on display at the launch of the school's anti-bullying policy. With the motto 'it's cool to be kind' the pupils will learn and develop in a bully-free environment.
Jo was a part-time teacher of art at the school in the 1980's.
